Payments are processed securely by Square. J&M Apparel does not receive or store your complete payment-card number through this checkout page. Square handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

We use information to process and deliver orders, provide updates and customer support, manage returns or exchanges, prevent fraud, maintain and improve our shops and checkout, measure performance, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing communications when you have chosen to receive them.

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us run the business, including Square for payments and commerce services; Meta when you interact with our Facebook or Instagram shop; shipping and delivery providers; website, hosting, analytics, and customer-support providers; and government or legal authorities when required. We do not sell personal information for money.

Requests involving data held by Square, Meta, or another provider may also need to be submitted to that provider.

Our shops are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.
